ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED FOR FPUSA MEMBERSHIP

Paying annual dues gives you membership in la Boule Cadienne de Lafayette (our local club) as well as membership in Federation Petanque USA (FPUSA).

Cost for membership is $25 per year.  Please fill in the information below and Submit to us.)

We will email you requesting a photo for your ID card and also send an invoice that you can pay with a credit card.

We will renew/add you to both the local club and FPUSA – thank you for your support!
